Is it a whale? Is it a wolf? No it's a whalewolf! Sorry, I couldn't resist. This creature is from the movie, Sharktopus Vs. Whalewolf. I liked the design, probably because it's somewhat draconic. The bad CGI does absolutely no favors for his details. I highly recommend pairing this with artist tags, style loras, or unique checkpoints. Lowering the strength can also help reduce the blurry bad CGI-ness. I don't plan to do Sharktopus. I might look at some other random bad hybrid showdown movies to see what's out there.
