She's has no name it's a Purple Tigress who no is a widow and has loads of kids to feed, she appears on the episode Doubt of Afrika from the Timon & Pumba cartoon series (nice spin off, really funny, check the episodes with the weird hare, it's hilarious).
She looks like a mature lady, she's a bit emaciated, use some feather's and a hair bob and uses heavy make up, she likes to crack jokes and her voice actress did Peg from Goof Troop and Sylvia from Wander over Yonder (April Winchell), she's a bit dumb and has a severe case of sneezing (she's uses as a weapon).
