Mhu'Tiki from Legend of Queen Opala. Trained on Illustrious-XL v0.1. Tested at 0.8-1.0 strength.

Trigger word is "mhti" and "cat ears, cat tail, dark-skinned female, blonde hair, long hair, drill hair, ponytail, purple eyes" is required.

(This character has no canonical outfit other than possibly "glasses"...)
