Kobra Khan (He-Man 1983) - ILXL

This is a character LoRA for Kobra Khan from the 1983 Filmation Cartoon series He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.

Kobra Khan is a member of the underground Repton species. In the 1983 series he has the ability to expel debilitating mist when he extends his cobra hood.

I had a lot of fun with this one. Of all the snake-men designs in the show, I think Khan is the best. Unfortunately, the toy of him was really terrible, acting as a lame squirt-gun. One of the worst sculpts in the classic toy line.
