Crimson Tentacles

An unplanned release — this wasn’t supposed to be published originally. As many of you know, I usually avoid posting images that the site automatically flags with the x and xxx rating, but this time it came naturally as part of the concept.

So, many of you may be wondering: what exactly is this Crimson Tentacles LoRA? Recently, I’ve been experimenting with creating concept LoRAs to better understand how they work. Because of that, I started trying to recreate scenes I personally liked with characters that never originally had those kinds of scenes. During all of those experiments — and a few “disasters” along the way — this LoRA came out of it.

The original goal of this LoRA was to recreate the tentacle scenes from Taimashi Mikoto 1. However, while it doesn’t perfectly replicate those scenes, it does provide pretty good control over how the tentacles interact in generated images, which is why I decided to release it.

The main activation word is tentacles, and then there are several sub-trigger words that allow specific types of interactions. I’m leaving all the sub-trigger words together, but in practice you only need to use tentacles plus one word from the list to get a specific interaction.

At the moment, the dataset only contains around 20 images, which admittedly isn’t a lot. However, if people enjoy it and I start seeing many generations from other users, nothing stops me from updating it with more scenes in the future. There’s also Taimashi Mikoto 2, which includes additional material, and I could even expand it further using scenes from other Crimson Sensei works if I decide to make it a larger project.
