模型描述
The model I think is fairly self explanatory.
Sorry about the delay in getting back into work, been getting really hooked on MechWarrior 5, and with illustrious models it wouldn't work at all while baking, but out of curiosity since Anima models themselves are smaller and take less power to run, I ran a gamble that I could bake this model entirely while playing MechWarrior 5 with it's settings maxed out,
(other than ray-tracing which the game tells me to not use because it's broken, does anyone ever use ray-tracing?), and managed to successfully complete several missions and fully bake this model without crashing at all or python zero'ing out.
And if Mech Warrior can be played while Baking Anima Models on a 4090, then I might actually be able to generally play any of my videogames on my PC again while 'working' after about two years of having it only for 'off-work hours'.
The Caveat is that the model took about 1.5x as long to bake from baking while not playing a game, but evidently that's not really a concern since the model finished a few missions before I noticed it was done. Illustrious all I could really do was low powered games like emulating resident evil 2-3 classic, like the time I beat resident evil 3 classic over a hundred times in a row.
That blogging aside, I thought I'd share what I've been up to in Mech Warrior, so you know how my favorite Mech is the King Crab that I call the Big Brinny after my best friend, well I've sort of been building strange odd-case models that I'm unsure are viable, and so I took a Crab Mech, not a King Crab, but the Lesser 'normal' Crab, and turned it into an ultra-fast melee berserk rush-down mech that I've yet to test, but I imagine on low weight limit missions it'll be basically cheating. Behold my abomination:

I can't even take building mechs seriously, I just dare to dream of clanner mechs and parts to see what new madness I can slip into with all that super-tech.
