[Capcom] Resident Evil 0 Train Background Anima

The model I think is fairly self explanatory.

It took ~2 years of infrequent attempts, but I finally did it. I finally made a perfect recreation of the resident evil 0 train in a LoRA.

Special mention for Gay Purple Skunk since I remember interacting with him on the model of my last attempt. We're finally home.
