Prompt Studio v1.5 is here โ€” now with Video! ๐ŸŽฌโœจ

Hey everyone! ๐Ÿ‘‹

I'm super excited to share the biggest update yet. A lot of you have been hoping Prompt Studio could handle more than just your image prompts โ€” and that's exactly what v1.5 is all about.

The headline: two separate workspaces. ๐Ÿ–ผ๐ŸŽฌ

Prompt Studio now cleanly separates Text โ†’ Image and Image โ†’ Video. There's a toggle right at the top that flips the whole gallery between your stills and your video prompts. No more mixing things up โ€” images over here, animations over there. ๐Ÿ™Œ

And the best part: video entries finally get their own fields that actually fit I2V. Motion/video prompt, video model (Wan, Hunyuan, SVD, LTX โ€” whatever you're running), motion strength, frames, FPS, and clip length that calculates itself automatically. No more cramming video settings into image fields. ๐Ÿ˜…

It all works nice and intuitively: new prompts and drag-imports automatically land in whichever section you've got open. Video cards get a little ๐ŸŽฌ badge, show you frames/fps/length at a glance, and the Copy button grabs exactly the right stuff.

And everything you already love is still right here: The separate libraries (SFW/NSFW/whatever you like), the Hide button for a quick getaway ๐Ÿ‘, the pick-before-you-peek start screen, drag-and-drop reordering, the drop-to-import bar, tags, ratings, favorites โ€” all fully offline on your own machine. ๐Ÿ”’

Setup's as easy as ever: unzip, double-click the .bat, done. ๐Ÿช™

I build this with a whole lot of love and your feedback โ€” so please tell me what you like, what's clunky, and what you'd love to see next. Every comment and rating genuinely keeps me going. ๐Ÿ’›

Have fun with it, and happy prompting! ๐Ÿš€

Prompt Studio v1.2 โ€” Your Prompts, Finally Organized โœจ

Hey everyone! ๐Ÿ‘‹

If you're anything like me, your prompt collection lives in a chaos of text files, screenshots, and that one note app you swore you'd clean up someday. Prompt Studio is my answer to that โ€” a fully offline, single-file prompt library that runs right in your browser. No installs, no accounts, no cloud, no nonsense. Your stuff stays on your machine.

And v1.2 just made getting your work in ridiculously easy. ๐Ÿš€

๐Ÿ†• The new top drop zone Right at the top of the main menu there's now a big drop area. Drag in as many images as you like โ€” or a whole folder at once โ€” and watch them line up in a preview gallery. Each one gets a little tag: green prompt if metadata was found, grey no meta if not. One click on Import and they all land in your library, fully populated: positive prompt, negative, model, seed, CFG, sampler, LoRAs, the works โ€” all read automatically straight from the PNG. No metadata? No problem, it still imports and just uses the filename as the title. Nothing gets left behind.

What Prompt Studio gives you:

  • ๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ A clean visual gallery of every prompt, with thumbnails and one-click copy

  • ๐Ÿท๏ธ Tags, โญ ratings, and โค๏ธ favorites to keep things sortable

  • ๐Ÿ” Instant search across titles, prompts, models, tags and notes

  • ๐Ÿ’พ Smart Views โ€” save your favorite filters and jump back to them anytime

  • ๐Ÿ“ฆ Bulk select to rate, favorite or clean up in batches

  • ๐Ÿง  Reads A1111 and ComfyUI metadata (even those messy Flux workflows)

  • ๐Ÿ”’ 100% local โ€” IndexedDB storage + one-click backup/restore to a single file

Setup is dead simple: unzip, double-click the included .bat, and you get a desktop shortcut with the little golden spark icon. Click it, and you're in. That's it.

This is a passion project and I'd genuinely love your feedback โ€” what works, what doesn't, what you wish it did. Drop a comment, leave a rating, and if it makes your workflow even a little smoother, that's a win. ๐Ÿช™

Happy prompting, and enjoy! ๐Ÿ’›

Update 1 โ€” Star Ratings, Smart Views & Folder Import

Three new features to help you find and add prompts faster:

โญ 1โ€“5 Star Ratings โ€” Rate any prompt directly from its card (click a star to set, click again to clear). There's a rating field in the editor too, a new "Highest rated first" sort option, and you can rate multiple prompts at once in Bulk Select mode.

๐Ÿ” Smart Views (saved filters) โ€” Set up any combination of search text, tags, and a minimum-rating filter, then save it as a named view with one click. Your saved views appear as chips you can apply instantly โ€” perfect for jumping straight to "Kelly ยท evening ยท top rated" without re-typing filters every time.

๐Ÿ“ Folder & multi-image import โ€” You can now import an entire folder of images at once (or select multiple files). Each image becomes its own entry, and prompt metadata is read automatically from PNGs โ€” so a whole batch of generations gets archived in seconds.

Everything stays 100% local and offline (now stored in IndexedDB).

Note on backups: The backup format now bundles both prompts and saved views into one file. Old backups still import fine, and existing entries without a rating simply show as unrated โ€” nothing is lost.

๐ŸŽจ Prompt Studio โ€” your local prompt gallery (free, no install, 100% private)

Okay, real talk โ€” if you generate locally, your prompts are probably a disaster right now. Mine were. Scattered across text files, random screenshots, copy-pasted notes, and "wait, which seed made that one again?" ๐Ÿ˜… So I built Prompt Studio to finally fix it, and it turned out so handy I figured I'd share it.

It's a gorgeous little visual library where every image sits right next to the prompt that made it. And the best part: it's a single HTML file. No install, no account, no server, nothing to set up. Double-click, it opens in your browser, done. Everything stays completely local and private on your own machine โ€” nothing ever gets uploaded anywhere. It even works fully offline.

Here's what makes it actually fun to use:

Drag in a PNG straight from ComfyUI or A1111 and it automatically reads the embedded metadata โ€” prompt, negative, seed, steps, CFG, sampler, model โ€” and fills everything in for you. Feels like magic the first time. ๐Ÿ”ฎ

Once your stuff is in there, the one-click copy is the thing you'll fall in love with: tap the seed, the model, or the settings right on the card and it's instantly on your clipboard, ready to paste back into your workflow. No opening menus, no hunting around.

And there's all the good stuff you'd want โ€” full search across titles, prompts, models and tags, a dedicated LoRA field, tags & filtering, favorites (โญ), duplicate-to-make-variations, sorting, and dead-simple deleting (button on the card, or right-click for the full menu). It handles tons of images without breaking a sweat, and you can back up your whole collection to a single file and reload it anytime, on any machine.

It's dark, fast, and built to just get out of your way and let you create.

So yeah โ€” it's free, take it and enjoy it! ๐Ÿ™Œ I made it for myself, but I'd be genuinely thrilled if it helps you too. If you give it a spin, please drop me a comment โ€” I'd love to know what you think, what's working, what feels clunky, or any features you'd want next. Every bit of feedback means a lot and helps me make it better. Happy generating! โœจ
