This version was trained to create lean mean muscle mommy physiques with strong athletic definition, large breasts, and feminine attractive faces.

The goal was not to create oversized steroid-style bodybuilders or heavily masculinized women.

Instead, the focus was on:

• lean muscular physiques

• feminine facial features

• athletic hourglass proportions

• toned definition and visible muscle separation

• larger busty physiques

• lower vascularity and healthier-looking conditioning

The model can still push toward larger bodybuilding physiques if heavily prompted toward extreme muscularity, but that was not the intended baseline aesthetic.

Recommended Settings

These are the settings I tested most and had the best results with:

Sampler + Scheduler: Euler + Beta // Dpmpp_2m_sde + Beta
ModelSamplingAuraFlow: 3.0 to 10.0
Steps: 12
CFG: 1.00
LoRA Strength: between 0.50 to 1.00

Strength Notes

The model is usable from below 0.50 all the way to 1.00, but the overall vibe changes depending on strength.

• 0.30–0.50 = lighter influence, still usable, but less of the full lean mean muscle mommy look

• 0.50–0.80 = best balance of muscularity, femininity, and stability

• 0.90–1.00 = stronger influence, more aggressive physique enhancement

Higher strengths tend to amplify muscle definition, body proportions, and overall body presence much more aggressively.
