Fair warning - this lora doesnt work well but im keeping it up to help with references to refine into a better version.

Moaning & Screaming options. Moaning opens the mouth slightly and slightly conceals teeth. These options don't seem to work well with the skindentation effect.
Smooth straps / riveted straps
Other options. Bigger cheeks, biggest cheeks, dream ballgag for color. All of these had less reference images
