This is my first true checkpoint merge as this checkpoint has a certain goal. Goal is.........MUSCLES! and other stuff. This checkpoint can range in all body shapes and sizes. Muscles will have a big size at default but can go smaller. It can normal body shapes too if you are not into muscle. The style of this checkpoint is highly detailed 2.5D but can do other styles with the right prompting and loras. It can adhere to loras easily from testing but it is your choice. This is my first one after many tests so please try it out and if you have any questions or suggestions, please comment below.

Samplers and Scheduler Suggestions:

1. Euler Ancestral + Normal/SGM uniform (30 steps at 4.5 CFG).

2. DPM++2M + Karras (30 steps at 4.5 CFG)

This checkpoint already includes a VAE and can do hi res if needed.

Hi Res Sampler and Scheduler Suggestion:

1. Euler or DPM++2M at 12-15 steps at 0.35 Denoise (1.5x or 2x)
