Recommended but not required settings:

• Model: [Red Lily]

• Clip skip: 1

• Sampler: DPM++ 2M SDE Karras

• Steps: 20 - 40

• CFG Scale: 1.5 - 7

• Resolution: 1536x1024 (what i normally use.)

• Hires fix: 1.5x — 4xUltrasharp V1.0

• ADetailer: enabled for Eye refinement

• Negative: EasyNegative

Trigger word: || muscle_STZ || muscular || 6pack || Abs ||

LoRA weight: 0.2–0.8 Recommended (but not required to stick with it, it just might broke a little after 0.8)
