Hi there, it’s GRUGRU (Norakuro37) again—it’s been a while.There are many things to learn in this world, but since galge (an outdated term) is my absolute favorite thing in life, I gave it my all to make a single LORA model capable of generating multiple characters.By the way, my favorite is Yae-san (I won’t budge on this).

As for the benefits of training multiple characters, while you can certainly generate them by crafting detailed prompts, in cases where they share common elements like uniforms, you can sometimes generate the same uniform just with prompts—without even needing to create a LORA model. This is a huge advantage for school-themed games!

To be honest, I originally planned to fit all the characters into a single LORA, but when I tried it, it ended up overfitting more than I expected, so I split it into two. Since there isn’t that much training data, the file size is small. But that makes it lightweight, and it doesn’t conflict with other LORAs, so I personally think it’s a good solution.

As for each character’s outfits, I haven’t covered them all by any means (lol)…… Fortunately, there’s a lot of shared training data, so depending on the prompt, I think you can make them wear whatever outfit you like, so please try dressing them up in all sorts of outfits.

どうも、これまた久々のGRUGRU(Norakuro37)です。世に学習するもの多けれど、人生の中で一番好きなギャルゲー(死語)ですので、一つのloraで複数キャラを出力出来るように頑張ってみました。ちなみにお気に入りは八重さんです(譲れない思い)

複数キャラを学ばせるメリットですが、プロンプトで複数キャラを頑張れば出せるというのもありますが、共通の制服などの場合、loraを作らなくてもプロンプトだけで同じ制服を出せることがあります。学園モノでこのポイントはデカい！

本当のところ、全てのキャラを一つのloraにしようと思ったのですが、やってみたところ思いの外過学習が起きていましたので二分割した次第です。学習データはそんなに多くないのでファイルサイズも小さいです。でもその分軽めで、かつ他のloraとも競合しても問題ない具合になっていますので個人的には良いと思います。

各キャラクターの服装ですが、全然網羅してません(笑)……幸い共通学習データが多いので、プロンプト次第で好きな服装に出来ると思いますので、是非色んな服装を着せてみてください。

また近いうちに後半戦として、残りのキャラを出します(純以外)。
