Conker the Squirrel is an anthropomorphic red squirrel and the main protagonist of the Conker video game series, known for his evolution from a family-friendly character to a mature, cynical anti-hero.

Conker first appeared as a playable character in Diddy Kong Racing for the Nintendo 64 in 1997 before starring in his own games such as Conker's Pocket Tales and the critically acclaimed Conker's Bad Fur Day. Initially designed as a cute, happy-go-lucky mascot, Conker later evolved into a greedy, vulgar, alcoholic, and cynical anti-hero, particularly in Bad Fur Day. He is well known for his expressive facial animations, mischievous personality, and massive toothy grin when he discovers cash or gets into trouble.
