[Phase-Connect] Kaminari Clara

Had to make this myself because the PC lora makers hate Clara for some reason cough chuds cough

This is a lora for Kaminari Clara, graduated member of Phase-Connect's JP generation, Kaleido.

Trained using Anima TrainFlow, with 33 pictures at 2400 steps
