Fubuki, one of Motoko's alternate personas from the manga Change 123 by Sakaguchi Iku and Iwasawa Shiuru.

Her hair might come out purple or with a gradient sometimes because the few color illustrations from covers and such are inconsistent. So if you don't like it, make sure to put it in the negative prompt.
