Mina Saber is a character from Souseiki Astelgate, a browser game released in 2012 that was shut down in 2015.
The game has become something of a lost media title due to how obscure it is. I never had the chance to play it myself—I actually discovered this character by accident.
For this LoRA, I managed to include two different versions of Mina Saber, along with her swords.
