For the real cotton/tulle loose fabric, realism is a better angle, so semireal like 2dn Pony or PonyRealism will yield more "Cottage" vibes. Default Pony is pretty flat on fabrics like that.

Could work in normal SDXL models, but you'll have to jam up the weight. Not tested really.
