Generally speaking the activation tag will give you the skirt, blazer, shirt and bow. Sometimes you may need to add the article of clothing if the seed is not cooperating. You'll also want to add things like "thighhighs" or "pantyhose" or "cape" if you are trying to get the accurate look for a character
