Salut, came across this character and was surprised no one made this already. The Butt witch is the main villain of the cartoon Twelve Forever which had a pretty good pilot episode but sources say the full series was not so great.
All that aside, hot villains are great.
Recommended Strength: 0.7-0.9 to preserve the ability to change the clothing.
