Inspired by a failed experiment that produced interesting results(see Akira diffusion i guess). However, this time its on purpose and works far better on Pony Diffusion.

Issues I intend on fixing in a later version.
1. Still creates background oddities
2. The quality of the metal bits isn't as high as I would like
3. Strong chance of character facing away from camera
