LoRA of a character I-13 from Kantai Collection.
Main activation tag is i13def which you can additionally use with hat to have a better chance of her hat appearing.
The trigger i13rnd is also trained in for larger outfit flexibility, however since I'm still learning training, it may not be great.
Weight 1.0 is good.
