Brought to you with permission from K_D_E. this merge is largely based on their PlatinumNoirRefresh Model R3 Found here:

while also using some of their loras to keep the OG NukaCola fizzing the way it's designed, while having the distinct Platinum look.

this isn't a quick dirty 50/50 merge but a result of merging and cross merging and testing many many versions until it met, (or exceeded in some cases) performance of my NukaCola merge. I hope you enjoy.
