[Pony / Illustrious XL] Bruise concept

Update: Added Illustrious XL version. Seems to work better with Adetailer.
　 Illustrious XL knows "nosebleed" well, so it works fine unlike ponyxl ver.

アプデ: Illustrious XL版を追加。Adetailer推奨です。
　 Pony版とは違い、鼻血も安定的に出ます。

"nosebleed" works(kinda), but seems unstable.
