This is known pervert Owari Sekai, a character from the visual novel Our World is Ended.

It was trained with 14 images made of official art, cgs of the game, and portrait, on the hollostrawberry's google colab training generator. Works fine at 1.0 strenght~, but lowering it a bit can help in case of bad eyes problem.
