This is a task in architecture university that helps students master their composition skills for future architecture projects. This model is my experiment with stable diffusion: can it understand composition and all related aspects of rules for good architecture?

In this case, I recommend to set CFG scale to 15+, because the task is specific and there is no that much variation. Have fun!
