When I tested this with different checkpoints and LoRAs, it seemed to work quite well.

Illustrious:

A LoRA weight of 0.9 works great, though you can adjust the strength as you prefer.

Prompts I usually used:

long hair, white hair, blue eyes, pink pupils, multicolored eyes, symbol-shaped pupils, dark skinned girl, pearl necklace, fforce uniform, black coat, open coat, hood up, black fur trim, blue and white stripes, white dress, long dress, cleavage, brown belt,

SD 1.5:

A LoRA weight of 0.7 works great, though you can adjust the strength as you prefer.

Prompts I usually used:

long hair, white hair, necklace, dark skin, blue eyes, symbol-shaped pupils,  flower-shaped pupils, white dress, fire-force jacket, fur trim, open coat, belt
