When I tested this with different checkpoints and LoRAs, it seemed to work quite well.

Illustrious:

A LoRA weight of 0.9 works great, though you can adjust the strength as you prefer.

Prompts I usually used:

blonde hair, single hair bun, covered eyes, crown, ashenf uniform, bare shoulders, shoulder cutout, white outfit, halterneck, baggy clothes, baggy pants, shoulder tattoo,

SD 1.5:

A LoRA weight of 0.8 works great, though you can adjust the strength as you prefer.

blonde hair, single hair bun, (covered eyes), (crown), white outfit, halterneck, detached sleeves, bare shoulders
