Whoo boy, if you came here looking for any consistency then you have miss your address by a sun. It is not even serviceable by my standard at this point, this thing is so random that you might get more consistency playing gacha in Genshin Impact.

Anyway I messed with this for so long that at this point I'm so tired that I'm going to release the WIP version so you can have fun with it however you want.

Summon her with

kos-mos, 1girl, blue hair, very long hair, ahoge, headpiece, red eyes, choker,

And her "dress"

cleavage cutout, clothing cutout, dress, elbow gloves, garter straps, short dress, bare shoulders, underboob, underboob cutout, white thighhighs, white dress,  

I have a few ideas on how to improve her, and probably will, just don't count on it being anytime soon.
