Smooth Caped Evening Gown | Slip n' Slide!

I kept this one a bit undertrained so you can poke around with it, at it's core it's an asymmetrical evening gown/prom dress with a flattering silhouette and attached on-side cape/cloak. Its probably Satin or a synthetic fabric, so it'll resonate better with shiny things.
