She is a character from the Manga / Anime "Akebi's Sailor Uniform" produced in Japan.
The request was to create LoRA in the style of the original manga, but since there are only a few manga datasets available on danbooru and 99% of them are in monochrome, the atmosphere of the color illustrations will be different from that of the original manga :(

Normal Costume: school uniform, serafuku, white shirt, black sailor collar, blue bowtie, long sleeves, black skirt, pleated skirt, black socks
When using “monochrome”, please exclude color prompts. However, “white” and “black” can be left out in most cases.
