She is a character from the Manga / Anime "Akebi's Sailor Uniform" produced in Japan.

The request was to create LoRA in the style of the original manga, but since there are only a few manga datasets available on danbooru and 99% of them are in monochrome, the atmosphere of the color illustrations will be different from that of the original manga :(
