Tug of war / Pulling rope

This is my first time making a concept/Pose LORA so I'm not really sure how well it will work. Seems to like images that are slightly wider rather then taller. mostly intended for solo focus but can sometimes handle multiple people.

Other things that can help to get the intended effect : rope, pulling rope, struggling, sweat, angry, intense, action pose, effort

Putting fence or wood in the negative prompt my help as I've seen it sometimes mistakes the rope for a wooden fence board or shelf.
