This finally seems to work due to pony being aware of multiarm/multibreast

Usage

Start with a weight of 1 for the LoRA and 1 for the trigger words "hum4np3d3" and "multiarm". For front shots, use "multibreast". For more arms, turn up the weight on multiarm, same for multibreast. Adding in "l0ngp3d3" can help make longer centipedes. If you're not getting pedes, try upping the weight of the LoRA or trigger word, or remove concepts from the prompt.

Handling Arms

To give their hands things to do, just keep adding in stuff, like "holding phone", "holding pencil", "covering mouth", "hands on head", etc.. It should figure it out just fine!
