Peacock for PonyXL

Lora for generating peacocks and concepts relating to them. It can generate the animal, furries, and clothing themed after the bird. Feather color can be hard to change, so turn down the weight of the lora to 0.8-0.9 or increase weight for color tags. Tail can also be a smidge finnicky because of its complexity, but generally generates fine.

Recommended weight is 0.8 to 1.1.
