Slider for adding penises to the scene, was trained on missionary and blowjob. So it will generally make that, but you can adjust it with prompts.

For Illustrious it works best with anime, you can add "group sex" if you have problems getting more people. it has a weird side effect where it makes images way to overexposed on higher weights. So if you want a lot of people I recommend using the "group sex" or other prompt before increasing the weight above 1.5
