kevin levin (kevin 11) - Ben 10

I thought it would be nice to have Kevin Levin lora from the first Ben 10 series, always like the trope of the dark reflection of a hero, and I think Classic Kevin is definitely a great example of that.,will suggest keeping the weight around 0.7-0.75.
