Dr. Drakken

Drew Theodore P. Lipsky, also known as Dr.Drakken, somehow called a "Genius robotics inventor" and engineer, and self-proclaimed mad scientist. He was noted to have a twisted childhood and even in fourth grade, developed a ray to allow control of rubber products. Most of his success could be attributed to Shego.
