Tetto (Onnoveltet)

This is a LoCon of a japanese artist called Tetto (Onnoveltet). He's known for drawing OCs in jirai kei fashion in daily life situations in meticulous detail, one of them is called Hinamizawa Hinami. Back then he drew other kinds of characters such as an office lady, but now his focus is exclusively towards jirai kei girls (which I lately developed an extreme fetish for after gothic lolita fashion, don't ask...)
