This is a based on a red velvet dress with convertible cape/hood worn by Emily Ratajkowski at the 2018 Oscars Afterparty - designed by Zac Posen. Seriously, they have outfits for the afterparty too? what about a before party? An After, After party? Sub Party? Omega Party?

Gives off heavy, minimalistic mature red riding hood vibe.

Works for both SDXL and Pony, the weights need to be swung around from 0.7 to 1.2 depending on models and how hard you want the concept to hit. This can have a subtle influence or a strong one, depending on how you prompt:
