(I use Sampling Method DPM++ SDE Karras and Upscaler R-ESRGAN 4x+ Anime6B).

0.5 to 0.9 depending on model/lora/etc combination.

puckered lips, pigeon toed, skindentation, bursting breasts - For some added bimbofying.
