water siren (sinbad legend of the seven seas)

this model is originally intended to be for the sirens from sinbad legend of the seven seas, im quite fascinated by the idea of them being made of sea water, not to mention their hair is like a living fountain. not to mention that they can touch and pull people into the water, but also kiss em. i don't know if this model will actully work but if any of you manage to generate a perfect version of the sirens i will be very appreciated
