Fantina from Pokemon Diamond/Pearl. Trained on NAI.
Tested at 0.8-1.0 strength.
Trigger word is "fantina".
Add "quadtails, strapless purple dress, elbow gloves, high heels" for her typical look. "Quadtails" is virtually mandatory, really.
Her hair definitely has trouble with angles other than those directly facing forward. It took me forever to generate a decent shot from the side.
