The guy's at Nintendo can request removal, Shigeru let the joke be in the movie so now enjoy the flood of weird art (he's the guy who let Kristal (ex: Dinoussaur Planet) into Star Fox).
I forgot which games Kamek does that, i guess New Super Mario on Nintendo DS/3Ds did it once.
