Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust Style [Pony/Illustrious]

Attempts to recreate the style of the movie Vampire Hunter D : Bloodlust released in the year 2000. Seems to work ok with pony based models. Have included an activation tag just because that is what I prefer.

Illustrious version works best with anime style models like ntrMIXIllustriousXL_xiii. I tried it with knkLuminai_v10 and the general softness of that model washes out alot of the style unless you up the weight a fair bit.
