Charlie Morningstar - Hazbin Hotel - Flux and Pony. Realistic or Cartoon. Images made in focus. Can make sfw and nsfw(not so much for flux) images. Demonform was trained... but as more of an after thought.

Trigger is "charlie" remove it and put "demonform" to switch. The better you describer her with your prompts the better it looks of course.

Her normal form works really well, the name tag will say weird things cause AI being AI, in demonform the black heart in the center of her chest doesn't often work right...makes some other symbols instead. Can take a lot of attempts to get the image you want. Prompts I used will be included in the images.

Edit: Just tried "a simple pony merge" and wow does it interpret the model so well! Added a new main pic from it. Also looks like makes a great cartoon version with the right checkpoint and prompts.
