2e-4 is the more accurate version if you're trying to get that outfit with 100% consistency, you can check how it compares on the grids. But I think it smears her eyes a bit more, so for general use I'd recommend 1e-4. The 06 versions are pretty much just a bit more generic, might be a little bit cleaner in terms of eyes but im not sure, not really a big difference.
