Fischl Cosplay

This is my first attempt at a clothing (costume) LORA and. . . maybe I should have chosen something more simple lol Very experimental at this moment. This is an attempt to make a Fischl cosplay outfit that can be worn by other character LORAs (pipe dream perhaps).
