Rita Mordio (Aka the Megumin we have back home) from Tales of Vesperia

Tried to train a bunch of outfits into her such as a kimono, school uniform and even Megumins outfit for the hell of it but the results weren't great so I settled on three outfits, her default one, her swimsuit and her waitress outfit
