Black Smoke Shenron from Dragon Ball GT. I really did not have much to work with on this one, so it may or may not be the most accurate LORA of the character
Positive Prompts: BlackSmokeShenron
male dragon, blue body, blue scales, whiskers, barbel, red eyes, no pupils, horns, sharp teeth, claws, wings
Extra: cigar, cigar in hand
Adding "eastern dragon" in the positive prompt will help too.
Also the whiskers sometimes might generate more than 2 on him or just have it in the background for whatever reason. If it bugs you too much, then you can just put "whiskers" and "barbel" in the negative prompts.
